HOW TO GET REALLY FAST RESULTS WITH EYE EXERCISES
The most important thing is to do the improve vision as directed and don’t skip anything or take shortcuts. Read the instructions carefully and make sure you are doing them correctly. After a few days, you’ll be able to do them without referring to the instructions, and your vision will improve naturally.
v Start The Program Immediately. Don’t procrastinate. Print extra Biofeedback Charts and Reminder Cards. Put them in prominent locations in your home, office, and car. Motivate yourself and get results!
v Exercise Your Eyes Every Day. Do the Power Exercise Module at least once a day. It only takes about 12 minutes. If you want really fast results, do it two or three times a day. Use music to pace yourself.
v Don’t Overdo It. Your eyes will feel sore at first, like any other exercise program. If you experience sharp pain or your eyes become unpleasantly sore, you must immediately stop! Do Palming and Slow Blinking for a few days or until the discomfort subside?
v Rearrange Your Schedule. It’s really important to cultivate the habit of doing the Power Exercise Module on a regular basis! Set aside a special time when you can do it without being disturbed.
v Do An Exercise Session In The Morning. That way, it’s done, and you won’t get sidetracked and forget.
v Use An Alarm Clock. Habits thrive on regularity, so use an alarm clock to remind yourself! This is the best way to cultivate your new exercise habit.
v Use The Weekly Worksheet. Diligently record your progress every day. Aim for a perfect week!
